Job summary

The role includes leading and developing staff, recruiting and training, monitoring compliance, managing expenses, and ensuring shrink goals are met. A flexible schedule and travel across stores are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Model leadership to achieve store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training of personnel.
• Provide feedback on annual performance evaluations.
• Assist with expense management and budgeting strategies.
• Monitor shrink and loss controls to meet company goals.
• Supervise operational compliance, safety and standards.
• Support training in suggested selling and merchandising.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a friendly environment.
• Assist with merchandise counts and inventory processes.
• Perform other duties; 40-hour standard work week; flexible schedule.
