AT&T in Jackson, WY is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team to deliver best-in-class service. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, product launches and sales results.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking and prior management experience, with responsibilities extending to off-site events and promotional activities. This is a full-time on-site position in Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to retail sales consultants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on store initiatives beyond store walls.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
