Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Henderson, NV to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while acting as Manager on duty in the manager's absence.

You will coach and mentor teammates, maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness, safeguard assets, and assist in inventory and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Create a fun, productive, inclusive environment for the team.
• Adhere to company dress code and brand standards during all shifts.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguard inventory, funds and property.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations promptly to “make it right.”
