Dollar General Corporation in Marion, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Under the Store Manager's direction, you will supervise employees, help with merchandise presentation, paperwork, and deposits.

You will also perform stocking and cashiering duties, support planogram execution, and protect assets while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow including receiving, stocking, and displaying.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier controls and deposits.
• Provide store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
