Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arcadia, CA to blend business strategy with hands-on operations and people leadership. You will open/close, supervise salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff while delivering best-in-class service and trend-conscious styling.

You’ll lead through product knowledge, visual displays, and omnichannel order fulfillment, with a promote-from-within mindset. Expect growth into future leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive results in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines and supervise daily store operations.
• Oversee salesfloor, stockroom and ensure excellent customer service.
• Staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
