Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead showroom and in-home sales efforts. You will train staff, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, enforcing security and company policies, and maintaining store operations and staffing within budget. A four-year degree and 5–10 years of retail management experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Emphasizes and maintains showroom and in-home sales goals.
• Trains and motivates sales staff to meet showroom and in-home sales goals.
• Interviews and selects qualified applicants for store positions; follows corporate hiring procedures.
• Promotes quality customer service and resolves customer complaints.
• Supervises and develops employees; counsels on disciplinary matters.
• Enforces store security and cash handling procedures and liaises with Corporate Security.
