Lamps Plus, the nation’s largest lighting retailer, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive store profitability under the Store Manager’s guidance. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities include training employees, presenting product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and upholding safety and corporate policies. A strong retail background and design sensibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior retail management experience.
• Interior design education or related home furnishings experience a plus.
• High school graduate; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes quality customer service and resolves customer complaints.
• Answers questions, demonstrates products, and suggests design/use options.
• Maintains knowledge of products and new merchandise.
