Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.

• Recommend employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper stocking, inventory management and pricing presentation.
• Maintain cash accountability and security procedures.
