The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail store management, strong team-building skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of customer service.
• Must demonstrate ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of store operations to meet company standards and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop store leadership and associates.
• Ensure scheduling and payroll processes align with budget and policies.
• Monitor store performance and implement action plans for variances.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a customer-friendly shopping environment.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
