Responsibilities

• Provides proper training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; identifies gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling, up to and including termination.
• Oversees staffing, opening and closing the store each day; ensures security and compliance.
• Evaluates operating statements to identify business trends, expenses, and opportunities.
• Manages ordering and inventory to meet in-stock targets; reviews plans weekly.
• Maintains merchandising standards, pricing, signage, and store presentation.
• Ensures cash control procedures and cashier accountability are followed.
• Delivers superior customer service leadership and a safe, clean store environment.
