Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations for retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Assist in analysis of store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Communicate variances to standards to the Store Manager.
• Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Payroll administration including punch edits and scheduling.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Assist with Loss Prevention and inventory processes.
