Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in Gladbrook, IA. You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, oversee inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees and ensures proper staffing.
• Trains employees; conducts performance evaluations; counsels or terminates as needed.
• Recommends pay rates and career advancement.
• Communicates performance, safety expectations; coordinates meetings.
• Manages daily opening/closing and store hours.
• Analyzes sales, profitability, and shrinkage trends.
• Oversees ordering to meet stock targets; reviews stock plans weekly.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and pricing signage.
• Maintains inventory levels and controls damages and markdowns.
• Maintains cash controls and cashier accountability.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Keeps store clean, organized, and safe.
• Ensures tools and equipment availability for tasks.
• Adheres to SOPs, handbooks, and internal communications.
• Completes paperwork according to deadlines.
