• Open/close store with consistent schedule; maintain security practices.
• Analyze sales, profitability and shrink; manage expenses.
• Oversee stock planning, ordering, cycle counts and replenishment.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and signage aligned with policy.
• Maintain inventory levels and protect assets with cash controls.
• Lead customer service and maintain a safe, clean store.
