• Ensures store is properly staffed and opened/closed as required.
• Evaluates operating statements for trends, profitability, and shrink.
• Orders to meet in-stock targets; reviews planning and inventory issues weekly.
• Facilitates efficient staging, stocking and storage of merchandise.
• Ensures merchandise is presented per standards with proper pricing and signage.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels and cash controls.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Maintains a clean, safe store environment and tools availability.
• Follows SOPs, policies, and completes paperwork on schedule.
