Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and evaluate staff in a fast-paced store.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees and ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training and conducts performance evaluations; counsels or terminates as needed.
• Oversees cash handling, reports, and compliance with security procedures.
• Leads daily store operations, including opening/closing and staff scheduling.
• Monitors sales, inventory, shrink, and profitability; adjusts ordering as needed.
• Guides merchandising, pricing and signage to meet presentation standards.
• Ensures safe, clean, and well-organized store environment and customer service leadership.
