Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily retail operations at our Owensboro location. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, participate in outreach events, and support leadership development through best-in-class training and strategic promotions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
