AT&T Owensboro is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, and driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, participate in off-site events, and lead outreach activities to meet goals. Training is provided to develop leadership skills and ensure success.

Qualifications

• Communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry required.
• Prior management experience is needed.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
