AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations in Saint Louis. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and exceptional customer experiences, while coaching a team of sales consultants to hit sales and service goals.

You will lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events, and participate in best-in-class training to develop leadership skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
