Job summary

AT&T in Wisconsin—Greenfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations and guide a team toward achieving sales and service goals. You will partner with the store manager on merchandising, product launches and customer experiences, while leading promotions and events to drive business.

The role includes coaching a team of retail sales consultants and delivering best-in-class customer experiences, with comprehensive training and opportunities for leadership growth

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and help meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
