Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader to drive daily store operations, manage staff and budgets, and deliver strong customer service to donors and shoppers in Glendale, AZ. The role includes travel to other GCNA locations for support and training.

You will lead payroll and inventory, uphold Goodwill standards, and partner with community organizations to promote the mission, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package and benefits.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution.
• Will need to travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores and training classes.
