AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in Lynnwood, WA. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, launches, and aggressive sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and coach a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate with stakeholders, and participate in outreach events. A strong track record in sales, leadership, and planning is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
