Qualificações

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve high performance.
• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Develops action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and recommends for advancement.
• Oversees compliance with policies and procedures within the store.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and trainings.
• Maintains store zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
• Ensures a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
