Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED. Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and to use computer systems for reporting, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from meetings and bank visits.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and maintain a professional store image.
• Train staff on safety, procedures and performance; provide ongoing feedback.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; conduct periodic operations meetings.
• Organize and plan staffing, merchandising, and reporting to meet goals.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage budgeted P&L lines.
