Qualifications

• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well maintained.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
