Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager at our Assonet, MA location. You will lead daily store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and reports, and ensure exceptional customer service in line with Circle K standards.

Responsibilities include training employees, scheduling, vendor relations, and adherence to safety policies while driving sales and profitability. This role requires effective communication and leadership in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using site equipment and tools.
• Ability to analyze reports, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and organize the site per company standards.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
• Train employees on safety and company procedures.
• Manage site files, reports, and merchandising to meet standards.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize profits and manage P&L.
