Qualifications

Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control.
Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization and adherence to company standards.
Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
Train staff on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
Prepare performance feedback in writing for all employees.
Ensure that reports are completed accurately and on time.
