Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive execution, and coach a high-performing team. You will set standards for customer service, merchandising, and safety while partnering with leadership to achieve sales goals.

The role begins with up to 90 days of hands-on training with a Field Operations Manager, providing exposure to Serv-U-Success processes, technology, and leadership expectations before taking full store responsibility.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure outstanding execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate work, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain high standards for merchandising, backroom organization, inventory availability, and store presentation.
• Partner with leadership to resolve issues quickly and build relationships.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Coach employees to build their skills.
• Work to identify and develop high-potential talent.
• Use reporting tools to drive operations.
