Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and guide staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals and policies.
• Perform general administrative duties and cover Store Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to shoppers and promote Hibbett I City Gear products.
