Day-to-day duties include recruiting and developing associates, overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and supporting opening and closing procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies

• Help store reach its maximum profit contribution
• Protect company assets
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates
