Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth through training on operations and merchandising while coaching when needed.
• Oversee all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
