Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Develop action plans to accomplish store responsibilities such as selling and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per company manuals.
