Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic leaders to manage our store and drive sales while building a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, coach and motivate staff to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Achieves financial objectives by monitoring expenses like labor and cost of sales.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize profits.
