Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and working conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well-kept per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors and schedule employees to maximize customer service.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and maintain site files and posters.
