Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take on store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service according to manuals and policies.
• Support selling services and merchandise and uphold company procedures.
