Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-player with passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Take store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department tasks are completed.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and promote services/merchandise.
• Perform administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities.
