Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain professional image and support subordinates and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site appearance.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, and discipline.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all employees and hold regular meetings.
• Organize site files and reports; ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit; manage margins.
