Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training and conducts performance evaluations; counseling and termination when needed.
• Makes recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance and safety expectations; coordinates team meetings.
• Ensures store opening/closing is conducted properly, with minimum two openings and two closings per week.
• Evaluates operating statements to identify trends and control expenses.
• Manages stock levels and reviews ordering plans to meet in-stock targets.
• Maintains presentation and pricing across fixtures; ensures accurate signage.
