• Demonstrates strong math and retail math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Schedule associates to meet business objectives.
• Oversee payroll administration including scheduling and reporting.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop non-exempt associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and lead safety meetings.
• Coach staff at registers, service desk, fitting rooms, and sales floor.
