Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in California. You will oversee all operations, lead a leadership team, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to company policies, and the ability to drive sales while controlling costs. This position may require evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead all Store operations to meet company standards and best practices.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Manage payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Oversee merchandise processing, presentation and in-store marketing.
• Supervise loss prevention programs and annual inventory process.
