Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Store leader to drive all aspects of store operations, maximize profitability, and ensure an easy-to-shop environment. You will recruit, train and develop leadership teams, manage inventory flow, and uphold Ross standards across payroll, scheduling, and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team development, and adherence to company policies, with responsibility for diverse operational areas and loss prevention initiatives.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Store operations to meet standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and attendance to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and company policies.
• Uphold safety, merchandise presentation and customer service programs.
