Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks, give direction and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity while minimizing steps and touches.
• Assist in payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and coach Retail Associates in providing efficient and friendly service across registers and service desks.
