Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees according to laws and Company policies; ensure staffing.
• Provides training for employees; conducts performance evaluations; addresses gaps with coaching or termination as needed.
• Makes recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates safety and policy meetings.
• Opens and closes the store with proper staffing; minimum two openings and two closings weekly.
• Evaluates operating statements for sales, profitability, and shrink; identifies opportunities.
• Manages ordering to meet in-stock targets; reviews BSR/cycle counts weekly.
• Staging, stocking, and storage of merchandise following company processes.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage compliance.
• Maintains inventory accuracy; controls damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Maintains financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash controls.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized store environment.
• Ensures tools and equipment are available to perform tasks.
• Follows SOPs and completes paperwork on deadlines.
