Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Experience leading and empowering large teams.

• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates, serving as a mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
