CITITRENDS is seeking a Store Manager in Statesboro, GA to lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and daily operations. You will oversee sales, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and customer experience to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink and operating expenses controls.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention compliance.
• Uphold all CITITRENDS policies, procedures, and standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach and, when necessary, counsel or terminate associates.
• Direct and supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling and customer service.
• Build and maintain appropriate staffing levels to support store operations and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to develop store associates.
