CITITRENDS in Thomson, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a small team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver excellent customer service, manage staffing, and uphold Company standards.

You’ll train and develop associates, supervise cash handling, and help ensure merchandising and loss prevention policies are followed. This role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations to ensure sales goals and customer experience standards are met.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of store associates.
