Citi Trends is seeking a Store Manager in Griffin, GA who will lead all aspects of store performance, people leadership, and operations. You will drive sales, ensure a positive customer experience, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a strong track record in store leadership, accountability for results, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and take action to drive results.
• Maintain financial controls, including payroll management, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure proper inventory controls and compliance with shrink prevention standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when necessary, counsel or terminate associates.
• Direct and supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Build and maintain staffing levels to support operations and performance.
