Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Longview to partner with the store manager in daily operations, merchandising, and leading a sales team. You will drive sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T's services and products.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Provide extraordinary customer experiences with products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
