You will guide the team on Mejuri’s selling standards, oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and campaigns; monitor KPIs like conversion, retention, and NPS, ensuring brand consistency and a high-energy culture.

• Proven leadership and team coaching experience.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and assist in leading day-to-day operations.
• Drive sales, customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS.
• Ensure Mejuri brand standards in visual presentation and merchandising.
• Coordinate inventory counts, order fulfillment, and back-of-house efficiency.
• Coach and develop store staff and ensure scheduling aligns with demand.
