Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service, and sales performance. This role focuses on coaching staff, maintaining standards, and promoting the store’s membership program to boost loyalty and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to relocate or manage multiple locations as needed. Travel between sites is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Mansioni

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Coach team members and mentor trainees to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, processing shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Recruit, train, staff, and retain store talent.
• Manage cash-handling tasks and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Loss Prevention to address shrink.
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling and policy compliance.
