Job summary

AT&T in Bellingham, WA is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations alongside the store manager. You will coach a team, drive service and sales goals, and ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with our products and services.

You will support merchandising, product launches, and off-site promotional activities. The role includes leading a team of retail sales consultants, shaping in-store performance, and partnering with stakeholders to implement

Qualifications

• Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have strong communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Additional requirements include strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
